Julian Bailey, Jr. has been focused on the physics of motion and team leadership since he was a three -sport athlete in the fifth grade. He has taken this transferable skill of what he experienced on the field to receiving two degrees at a leading university on an athletic scholarship, and has now elevated it to a new level in becoming a physical therapist at the Tallahassee Orthopedic & Sports (TOSPT) clinic in Tallahassee.
His landing at TOSPT was not by accident as he researched various venues, always looking for characteristics that surpassed his expectations. His criteria included professionalism, understanding, dialogue, partnering with patients, humor, pain management, education and a wellness program.

Kim graduated from The University of Florida, Gainesville with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physical Therapy in 1979. Kim owned Allied Therapy of Madison for 18 years prior to its merger with TOSPT in 2019. As a physical therapist in a rural community she has treated a wide variety of illness and injury, patients young and old and feels she has put a lot of tools for treatment in her belt with this experience.
